Full Time
Nutrition Director
SeniorCare is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Nutrition Program Director. This a full-time position responsible for the supervision of all aspects of the agency’s Nutrition Program for the Elderly, providing meals and nutrition services to older adults in their homes and at congregate meal sites in the nine cities and towns SeniorCare serves.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with appropriate federal, state and local policies; supervision and support of on and off-site nutrition staff; ensuring safety and quality control in all nutrition and food-service related operations; working with internal staff to monitor budget and coordinate services and procedures; creating and maintaining effective working relationships with external community programs and contracting agencies and organizations; and timely assembly, review and submission of all necessary written documentation, including statistics and program reports.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Administration, Food Service Management, Nutrition, or a related field. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in training and supervising personnel, along with demonstrated experience or interest in food service, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft suite and strong computer/database management abilities are essential.
Consideration for Equivalent Experience: While a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, applicants without this specific education are encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate equivalent experience in nutrition, food service, and personnel management.
Must be sensitive to the needs of older adults and be able to work in community settings with diverse staff and program participants. The successful applicant will be dynamic and flexible with the ability to prioritize and plan for short and long-range service delivery and work harmoniously with internal and external contacts. Care Manager

Housing Coordinator
Are you passionate about creating positive living experiences for individuals in need? We’re seeking a dedicated and dynamic Housing Coordinator to join our team. Protective Service Caseworker for High Risk Elders
SeniorCare is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Protective Service Caseworker to join our team, focusing on High Risk Elders. As a Protective Service Caseworker, you will conduct investigations and develop plans to prevent and address elder abuse. Your role involves assessing the needs and risks of high-risk elders, coordinating with families and professionals, and connecting elders with resources to enhance their safety and quality of life.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in human services, criminal justice, or a related field, plus at least 2 years of experience in working with the elderly.
- Demonstrated proficiency in organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Competence in computer usage.
- Familiarity with community resources and knowledge of state and federal programs.

Part Time
Protective Services Intensive Case Manager (30 hours per week)
SeniorCare has a part time opening for a Protective Service Intensive Case Manager (PS ICM). The PS ICM carries out service planning items and offers time limited ongoing support to clients with chronic psycho-social situations and/or those with heightened risk situations including, but not limited to, behavioral health needs. The role of the PS ICM is to maintain forward momentum in the alleviating of those risk identified by the Protective Service caseworker during the investigation period.
The PS ICM will work with at-risk clients and other necessary collaterals in community settings to engage, facilitate and reassess the adequacy of identified resources to reduce the risk and challenges the clients are facing. They will assist clients in connecting with any and all available resources with the goal of improving the elder’s quality of life and avoiding unnecessary risks including but not limited to housing, personal safety, medical risks, financial risks, etc.
We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field with at least two years of experience working with an elder population. Required skills include assessment of needs and capacity, rapport building, prioritization of tasks, effective communication and a knowledge of area resources.
